A few things that I have realised in the recent past...

Parents are the best people to turn to even when in slight distress.
To be brave is to recognize ones follies and attempt rectifying them.
To love and to see it through is never very easy.
Sometimes people may get distanced, but they appear like angels at the right moments.
Its always too early to say what could happen next till you see the eventuality taking shape.
